On behalf of the Foundation Board and the St Andrew’s community, we warmly thank Eric Granger, Susy Daw, and Kristen Raison as they retire from their roles with the St Andrew’s Hospital Foundation.
Eric’s leadership as Chair has been instrumental in shaping the Foundation’s future. He guided the establishment of the St Andrew’s Wellbeing Centre, a vital initiative supporting patients and families for years to come, and oversaw the modernisation of systems and governance to ensure the Foundation is ready for future challenges. Most importantly, he helped clarify and strengthen the Foundation’s purpose, keeping patient care and community benefit at the heart of all we do. Eric’s wisdom, generosity, and steady leadership have left a lasting imprint.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Susy Daw, our Board of Governors representative. With over 20 years of distinguished service on the St Andrew’s Hospital Board, Susy brought invaluable knowledge, insight, and perspective when she joined the Foundation Board in 2022. Her warmth, generosity, and deep commitment to the St Andrew’s community have enriched our work, leaving an impact that will be felt for years to come.
Kristen Raison, who joined the Foundation Board in 2015, has also retired after years of dedicated service. She played an integral role in managing the endowment, strengthening partnerships with St Andrew’s Hospital, and championing innovative ideas around collaboration and wellbeing. Her analytical skills, strategic thinking, and board development expertise have left a lasting mark.
We thank Eric, Susy, and Kristen for their extraordinary dedication and leadership, wish them every happiness in retirement, and look forward to honouring their legacy in the work ahead.
